Under Water, Under Ice. Still the Same Board.
Dock decking in solid recycled plastic: counted, cut-listed and priced for your dock, and back with you the next business day.
You Send Dimensions. We Send the Whole Dock.
A dock is the hardest place you can put a board, and your board is the same material at the waterline as it is in the middle of the deck. No coating, no treatment, and nothing in it to soak.
- Nothing leaches into the waterNo preservatives in the board, so it sits in a lake without putting anything into it.
- Nothing to sand, out over waterThe one deck you cannot easily reach to refinish is the one that never needs it.
- Barefoot in July, wet in OctoberNo grain and no fibre, so there is nothing to splinter however wet it gets.

What we need from you
Less Than You'd Expect
You do not need a drawing or a takeoff of your own. If you know how big the dock is, that is enough to start.
The size
Width and length of the decking area. If it is an L or a T, give us each section and we will work from those.
The frame you are decking onto
Aluminium, wood or crib, and roughly how far apart the cross members sit. A photo of the bare frame answers it in one go.
Ladders, stairs, a deadline
Shore stairs, a swim ladder, a bunkie deck to match. Anything you don't know yet, we will ask about when we call.
How it works
Three Steps, One Business Day
Send dimensions
A sketch, a photo of the frame, or measurements written down. Whatever you have.
We do the takeoff
Board count, fasteners and a cut layout worked out so the joints land on the frame, not between it.
Quote next day
Priced and ready for pickup in Georgina or Lacombe. Ask about delivery to the lake.
Why plastic lumber
Submerged, Frozen, Baked, Walked On Barefoot
Your dock takes every condition a board can meet, and takes them all in the same season. This one was made for exactly that.
- It takes on nothing
- Solid HDPE absorbs no water, so there is no swelling, no soft ends and nothing for a winter to split open.
- Nothing leaches
- No preservatives in the board, so it sits against open water without putting anything into it.
- Never splinters
- Bare feet and wet hands are fine with it, in year one and in year twenty.
- Never needs sealing
- Nothing to sand or re-stain out over the water. Wash it when it's dirty and that's the whole schedule.

Before you ask
Dock Boards, Answered
Does anything leach into the lake?
No. There are no preservatives in the board. It is untreated recycled plastic, not treated wood. That is the main reason it ends up on docks and in shoreline work.
What does a winter of ice do to it?
The board itself takes on no water, so there is nothing inside it to freeze and split it open. What ice does to your frame or crib is a separate question and depends on your shoreline. Tell us what you have and we will talk it through.
Is it slippery when wet?
A textured surface is available, and it is what we would suggest for a dock. Tell us it is going over water when you send the dimensions.
Does it get hot underfoot?
Any dark board in full summer sun gets warm. That is true of wood too. The lighter grey runs cooler, which is worth thinking about on a south-facing dock you will be walking on barefoot.
Do you supply the frame or build the dock?
No. We supply the decking boards and the fasteners. Most people are re-decking a frame they already have, or have a builder handling the structure.
Can I get it delivered to the lake?
Pickup is from Georgina in Ontario or Lacombe in Alberta. Ask about delivery when you send the dimensions and we will price it with the package.
